My friend Rebecca is starting company designed to connect consumers with local artisans. As a promotion, she's offering a harp concert to the first 10 customers who purchase $500 or more. The details are below. ---- I'm starting a company (Becca's Loft, www.beccasloft.com) that connects consumers with local artisans who make unique handcrafted home furnishings. I'm working with glassblowers, potters, woodworkers, metalworkers, weavers, and basketweavers to provide beautiful high quality, artistic, handcrafted dinnerware, drinkware, linens, furniture, and home accessories. I'd like to offer you the opportunity to be one of our first customers. Our first ten customers who complete purchases (minimum order: $500) will receive one free hour of live harp music* at a Bay Area open house of their choice - and your client will receive one free hour of live background harp music as well! *Here's how it works:* Let me know what category (see below) and type (e.g. rug, bedframe, dinnerware set, wine glasses) of items you want and any specifics you have decided on (style, size, color, quantity, etc.) Also let me know what price range you are looking for. *You can do this on the website (BeccasLoft.com) or by email ([email protected]).* I will respond with information and photographs of (a) available locally handmade products meeting your description and (b) profiles of local artisans available to handcreate your item and photographs from their portfolios. All of our artisans are personally vetted by me for the quality of their work and their reputation for order fulfillment. I'll also let you know about payment and delivery options. For custom products, escrow accounts are available.
